1. Program Description
The Weaponized Investor SMS program delivers occasional, event-driven alerts to opted-in subscribers when a major sanctions, reserve, or dollar-clearing event breaks. Alerts are sent only when there is material news that warrants attention between weekly editions.
2. Frequency
Frequency is occasional and event-driven, not scheduled. Most weeks no SMS will be sent. In an active sanctions period, several alerts may be sent in a short window.
3. Opt-In
Enrollment requires explicit affirmative consent via the SMS opt-in checkbox on our subscribe form. Submitting the email form alone does not enroll you in SMS.
4. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel SMS alerts immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message that no further alerts will be sent. You may re-enroll at any time by submitting the subscribe form again.

6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier. Weaponized Investor does not charge for SMS alerts; carrier rates are the responsibility of the subscriber.
7. Carriers
Supported on major U.S. carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enroll in or receive SMS alerts.
9. Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver alerts and are subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not share phone numbers with third parties.
10. Changes
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without notice.
